Burn Wii Games – Best Techniques to Copy Used Wii Games

Author: Robert Blackmen

If you're someone who has a Nintendo used Wii, you must have wondered if it would have been possible to make copies of used Wii games. Is there any solution for this, we hear this question a lot so today we're going today learn that how can we copy used Wii games.

Like first, as you know, you can't just put in a blank disc and copy the game using normal software on your PC.  The reason behind this id that the discs have a form of "lock" or security on them that makes them unreadable by your computer.

But there have come some software companies that have developed programs that can get us out from this problem and even get past from this protection. As you install this software, immediately your computer can read the disc and create copies.
It is completely legal to copy used Wii games. This gives you a backup copy in case if anything happens to the original. Although many of the people get this software to make copies of games.

How does this software work?
It's very simple actually. If before you have ever burned a music CD it works in the same way.  Once you have the program installed then its just straightforward.
You just have to put the game in your PC's disc drive and after that let your system make an "image" of the disc. After this you then put in a blank disc and the image will be transferred onto it. See the copy is made.

If you go for shopping for a game copying program, it's a very good idea to get one that come with a money back guarantee.  About any software should work, but it's nice to have a guarantee just in case you aren't fully happy with it.
Note: Don’t pay any more than $40.  For around this price you can get a top-quality program that you can start using within minutes.

PS - And please remember that legally you are only allowed to copy a backup of your own used Wii games and software -- not your friends!

Used Wii Systems for Mii

Used Wii Systems

If you're thinking about purchasing used Wii systems online then you need to do your homework and research a few options before making the purchase.  Where ever you go online to purchase your used Wii system, make sure you follow these simple steps for a smooth experience:

1. Testing - If you decided to buy a used wii system through an online auction, such as CowBoom.com, then you should find out if they have a quality control team that  tests each unit before placing them up for auction.

2. Return Policies - Make sure that the company offers a return policy for the used items, often times you can actually buy an extended warranty, but that usually isn't necessary.

3. Auction Description - Before clicking the buy it now button you have to make sure you read the auction listing description thoroughly.  Two listings on the same product might have different accessories included in the listing, mainly because the customer who returned the unit might have forgotten to put a controller, manual, etc. back into the box.

Also, just because the Wii system is used, doesn't mean that people are trying to rip you off.  In the case of CowBoom.com, they actually carry customer returned Nintendo Wii systems from major brick and mortar electronics stores.  Therefore, you get quality used wii systems for cheap and hardly used compared to a beat up Wii you found in the personal ads of your local newspaper.

You should considered buying your Wii used because let's face it, the economy has hit rock bottom and the amount of money you're saving can be a game or some other Wii accessories.

Analysts: Without price cuts, Wii could be in trouble

Buzz up!

August 21 3:32 P.M.

Wii Money

Suddenly the Wii doesn't seem like quite such a bargain anymore.

Thanks to months of rumors, Sony might not have shocked the gaming world by finally dropping the price of the Playstation 3 last week. But with a fresh, $299 model en route to retailers, they've certainly changed the face of the console war.

And according to multiple analysts, the company with the most to lose is none other than Nintendo and its market-leading Wii.

Game site Gamasutra checked in with a group of industry experts to get a glimpse into the post-PS3 price-cut future. The consensus? At $299, both the Xbox 360 and the PS3 are in perfect position to make some serious gains on Nintendo's Wii, which is the only system yet to see a price cut and is currently available at the suddenly not-so-bargain price of $250.

"I think that they may see sales suffer, and certainly will see sales down year-over-year," says oft-quoted Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter. "So we have to see if they cut, unbundle and cut, or rebundle (with Wii Sports Resort plus Wii Motion Plus). They’re hard to figure out."

His thoughts were echoed by Kaufman Bros. Todd Mitchell, who notes that Nintendo is "struggling to keep the Wii relevant."

Jesse Divnich from EEADR concurs. "While the target audience for the two platforms varies greatly, some consumers will face a tough decision to purchase the Wii with outdated processing power or the PlayStation 3 with a built-in Blu-Ray player," he says.

Earlier this month, however, Nintendo boss Satoru Iwata insisted that a Wii price cut simply wasn't on the radar, leaving consumers to wonder exactly what Nintendo is planning to do to combat the gains made by its rivals.

Whatever they do, they’d better do it quickly. Based on a chart-topping flood of pre-orders on both the US and UK versions of its site, Amazon is already warning consumers to expect shortages of the forthcoming PS3 Slim and has limited sales to one per household.

Secondhand Buyers Not Getting the Wii Speak Channel

Buying Wii Speak used means you won't be able to access the standalone chat channel.

Wii Speak

Lately, it seems like the hottest trend in gaming (outside of zombies and fire) has been incentivizing the purchase of new games instead of used ones. Gears of War 2 is a prime example, with each new copy of the game coming with a code to download five free multiplayer maps from the original Gears. Epic Games president Mike Capps recently talked about the practice and offered up a pretty radical type of solution he had heard about previously -- something along the lines of forcing those who buy a used copy to pay money in order to fight the game's final boss.

Nintendo seems to be taking that idea even further with the Wii Speak peripheral -- if you don't buy one new, you won't get access to the Wii Speak channel. MTV Multiplayer reports that when you buy a new Wii Speak, it comes with a card containing a 16-character code that can be redeemed for the Wii Speak channel, which allows you to chat with others without playing a game. The code comes with a note saying that it can't be replaced by Nintendo should it be lost or stolen.

Nintendo also confirmed to Multiplayer that you won't be able to buy the chat channel from the Wii Shopping channel as you might expect. You simply buy a new Wii Speak and get the channel or else you don't get it. It seems like a pretty bizarre way of encouraging people to buy a new Wii Speak, if you ask us. Hopefully this detail will be made clear enough to the average consumer, just in case some uninformed shopper wanders into GameStop to buy a Wii Speak as a gift and then decides to save a few dollars by picking up a used one.

Used Nintendo Wii Systems

There are many reasons why many should consider buying a used Nintendo Wii system for there house or as a gift for a close friend. This article will hopefully calm your nerves from buying anything used nowadays, but there is many reasons purchasing used should not be scary at all with the right reasons and precautions.

First of all, purchasing a used Nintendo Wii system online or through a classified ad should be taken with precaution. The seller should offer some type of return policy if it's an online e-commerce store. If you found a used Wii through a personal classified ad, then it would be worth the effort to make the trip to the seller's house to actually test the used Wii system at his house before purchase. Many reputable online businesses will have people testing the game systems before putting them up for sale.

The biggest reason why people are buying used Nintendo Wii systems is because of its high demand. It was nearly impossible to find a new Nintendo Wii system and I don't have time to camp out for days in front of a store. Used Nintendo Wii systems can be easily found for a fraction of the cost of a brand new Wii. Often times people are just looking for the console itself because they lost, broke, or had there Wii systems stolen. This is probably the best option for these people.

Another reason why Nintendo Wii systems are so popular amongst households is because it's a different type of video gaming experience. Back then when I was kid playing video games meant slouching down on a couch for hours each day while moving my fingers across a controller and nothing else. The Nintendo Wii offers a different level of game play. Getting a used Nintendo Wii system is like a personal workout gym for your child. The games are really interactive with high technology motion sensors great for exercise.

One other reason why people don't consider when purchasing a brand new Nintendo Wii system is that they don't consider the fact that they have to purchase controllers, games, and other accessories. When you purchase a used Nintendo Wii, you now have extra money to purchase more games, etc.

Since the demand is so high on these Wii systems, the price will not likely drop anytime soon and in this day in age where are economy is struggling, we need to cut back on spending every which way we can. It doesn't mean we shouldn't enjoy ourselves once in awhile, we just all need to budget our expenses.

Ever since the news came out that President Barrack Obama's game of choice with his family is the Nintendo Wii, there seems to be a great hike in Wii gaming console demand. The game of choice for their family was actually Wii bowling and they will play lots of it at the White House.

Just remember when purchasing a used Nintendo Wii system, you shouldn't have to worry about getting a broken one if you do research and take precaution. You shouldn't blame anyone but yourself if you bought a bad Nintendo Wii because you didn't do your homework on testing it, checking to see if there was a return policy, etc.

Can Used Nintendo Wii Games Save The Planet?

If there ever was a company, that seemed to have the pulse of the people, it was the good folks at Nintendo.  I sometimes thing the song “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” was their corporate theme song, when they were designing and building the Wii.  Except they changed the lyrics slightly to be “People Just Wanna Have Fun”.  They clearly understood what Cydi Lauper understood back in the 80s.  People do, just wanna have fun.  Doing whatever.  Playing games is supposed to be all about fun, and for a while the big corporate game developers forgot all about that.   Just ask Sony.  While, they were trying to appease the techy engineers with all the latest and greatest graphics and frame rate performance specs with the PS3, Nintendo was giving the people what they wanted with an incredibly fun gaming experience.  And making tons of money to boot.

So, you may wonder what all this has to do with used Wii games saving the planet?  Well, it’s a bit of a stretch, but just bear with me for a minute.  Well, obviously, used Wii games on their own, can’t save the planet, but perhaps they can contribute to the cause.  We all know what the biggest issue is, when it comes to our planet being at peril.  And no, it’s not oil, and no it’s not global warming, and no, it’s not the energy consumption of Al Gores home.  What it is, is basic human over-consumption.  Human beings as a rule tend to be very wasteful creatures.  As long as there is plenty of whatever we to go around, we don’t mind using it up like there was no tomorrow.  The biggest problem we have, is that as a population we don’t reduce our consumption, we don’t reuse enough raw material, and we don’t recycle as much as we should.

The demographic of our population that bought Wii’s, is a younger more family oriented crowd.  Not totally set in their ways yet.   And even those few that are starting to, have younger children who aren’t, and who give the older folks a reason to treat the planet more gently.  Not to mention, those same children are learning in school about conservation of the planet, and they’re bringing it home to mom and dad.  So, what I’m trying to get around to saying, is stop buying brand new Wii games all the time.  Rent them instead from your favorite video store, or from GameFly online. Buy used games from eBay that others are tired of using.  And take the next step, by selling your used Wii games on eBay so others can do the same thing.  A little bit at a time, we can save the planet.
